Shorewall users - Nov 2002 - dns zone transfers

I''m having a weird issue with bind and shorewall.
I think that when outside dns servers make an attempt to run a zone
transfer from my server it tries to use an unpriviledged port from port53.

How do I open up unpriv ports that come source port 53 with shorewall?

any help would be appreciated.

Better not be -- it should be connecting to TCP port 53 on YOUR
server.
