zisofs-tools sloppy option does not work
This isn't a syslinux issue, but I don't see a mailing list setup for
the zisofs tools. Forgive me if this is sent to the wrong place.
The sloppy option does not work as documented in the mkzftree man page.
Here is the patch I used to enable it.

help! error in creating a new domain
Maybe this question is a little stupid, but please help me. I am a newbie
to Xen.
When I tried to create a new domain "domain 1", I followed the Yan-Ching
CHU''s guide on :installing quick file systems for new domains in Xen 1.2".
But when I do "xc_dom_create.py -Dvmid=1", Xen seems to start to boot with
some normal bootup information, but right after several

URGENT: Skip installation ix86 packages from kickstart on 64bit arch?
Hi,
Has any one know how to skip ix86 packages from
installation in Centos kickstart? Most of our machines
have 64bit Intel/AMD CPUs, and it make non-sense to
still keep 32bit compatibility. Even worse of i*86
packages is, when upgrade we have to recompile both
ix86 version and x86_64 version to get an automatic
yum upgrade.
I know we could use 'exclude' option to exclude i*86
packages

ElTorito from Floppy (was: Re: Can I use...)
...m cd -> cdrom )
I've inserted it into this diskette image:
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/distributions/beta9sr1/fdos1440.img
That's nice to boot cdroms. There's no way to boot ISOs (yet?). A Linux floppy with kernel+initrd should be able to mount an ISO or ZISOFS file (Knoppix does this for example)
To my knowledge, no one has extracted SBM's eltorito stack yet. It would have been usefull as payload for a project like LinuxBIOS for example, especially now that they have VGA BIOS working properly. Welcome to an opensource BIOS :)

How to boot a compressed CD-ROM image from disk
I'd like to take advantage of the small, compressed Linux systems
such as Knoppix or BeatrIX, but I can't have a CD rom on my system.
(A project's marketing requirement.). So I figure I could use something
like SYSLINUX or ISOLINUX to do it for me, but there is some magic
in the process (the sequence of booting) that eludes me.

Linux Live CDs with Xen Support
Hi,
does anybody have a list of working Linux Live CDs with Xen Support which I can use in a Xen Domain?
What I''m looking for is more or less something like Knoppix with Xen Support so that I can use the yet-not-supported hardware of my Ferrari 4005 in the Linux Domain
regards
Bernd

corrupt rpm problem
Here is the output from yum -y upgrade without the error parts...
Its odd because it updated all of these first time round. I have dared
reboot the box yet, for fear it won't come back up...
