...ed your feedback. Are the videos working for you? Do you have any problems? Which? What I found is, that chrome is not able to play the video correctly. Actually I am not using mvEmbedd, as I have not full access to the typo3 installation. Therefor I use the externaly available cortado player. -Yorn

...any more and therefor the packets are not ordered correctly. I give an additional buffer (500ms) to oggCut, so that packets can be reordered. I think this will solve the problem. BTW oggCut cuts at keyframes, if you want to cut a video 100% perfect, I would suggest to use a video cut program. - Yorn

...st. The test is actually only done for channels and sample rate. In your case this does not work. So what you need to do is: re-encode the ogg/vorbis files to the same bitrate. oggz-validate does not complain about the problem as it is the layer above (vorbis), that fails. ...how do you (other developers) solve this problem? Creating a copy of the ogg_packet (including the areas, where the packet pointer directs to) would be a way. However I think I have to do the same for the ogg_pages!? Or are there any other, easier tricks to solve this problem? Hello, I would like to add a introduction video (typically a title with fade-in / fade-out) at the beginning of an Ogg/Theora video. I generated this intro video in Ogg/Theora from a sequence of png files.
