Smallest server continued...
This thread got me thinking of other servers that would run asterisk. The obvious question comes up if Xebian (the xbox version of Debian) would run as a SIP only server? Asterisk on an XBox would be a small box! Cheap too. Tom Schaefer

...is no entry, it will simply return with -EINVAL. > > [1] > https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/ABI/testing/sysfs-firmware-memmap You know what this justification is rubbish, and I have previously explained why it is rubbish. Nacked-by: "Eric W. Biederman" <ebiederm at xmission.com> This needs to be based on weather the added memory is ultimately normal ram or is something special. At least when we are talking memory resources. Keeping it out of the firmware map that is fine. If the hotplugged memory is the result of plugging a stick of ram into the kernel and can...

[LLVMdev] Windows reviewers still needed?
I watched some LLVM videos yesterday and there was one where Chandler Carruth was saying that LLVM/clang needed more Windows savvy developers to review patches. Is this still the case? If so, how do I contribute? -- "The Direct3D Graphics Pipeline" free book <http://tinyurl.com/d3d-pipeline> The Computer Graphics Museum <http://computergraphicsmuseum.org> The

[Bug 1236] SCP inappropriate truncate error when copying to FIFO file
...file Product: Portable OpenSSH Version: 4.3p2 Platform: ix86 OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: scp AssignedTo: bitbucket at mindrot.org ReportedBy: wood at xmission.com This is an obscure error, but one that I have encountered in a real world application. When you use scp to copy a file to a remote FIFO file, the internal function call to ftruncate() has to fail, since a FIFO cannot be truncated to the size of the original file. This results in a reported e...
