Coda, Textwrangler, Writeroom, OS X
Hello Everyone,
Has anyone installed Markdown for Coda, Writeroom, Textwrangler, or OS
X? I'm really interested in using this more but I'm interested in
finding the best way to use. Biggest win for me would be for it to
work from within Writeroom. Textwrangler would be next, followed by
OS X, and Coda would be almost useless. I did see that MacPorts h...

I am making a full-screen app that I want to stay on top (to re-create something similiar to this app: http://hogbaysoftware.com/products/writeroom for a multi-platform use.) however, I am running into a strange issue.
If I use this:

to get sales-unit-rankings, enter through "top charts",
which will give you at least the top-180 in unit volume.
"marked" comes in presently with a sales-rank of #50.
and "multimarkdown composer" rings in now at #131.
writeroom, scrivener, and iawriter knot from #17-#19.
and the newbie "ulysses" weighs in at a respectable #91.
on "top-grossing", "marked" is #120, "composer" #145.

easiest markdown to PDF conversion
I'd love to hear everyone's favorite way to convert markdown to PDF. I'm looking for the easiest, most straightforward option.
>From what I've gathered, the method needs to include something like LaTeX in order to have it paginate correctly, so I'll need to install that as well. Is this correct? When I've used the simple export-to-PDF options in Marked, MMD

there are probably a dozen more ipad apps for writing
that use markdown, but those are the two that i know of.
these ipad apps dovetail an established desktop trend
favoring "distraction-free" writing environments, like
writeroom or ommwrite. who coulda seen that ascetic
would be the new aesthetic? the problem with _some_
of these desktop apps (which've been ported to ipad) is
they "settle" for plain-text as their output, rather than
utilizing light-markup to up the quality of that output.
