SVN pre-commit hook
Hi
is anybody using the svn pre-commit hook from
http://www.reductivelabs.com/trac/puppet/wiki/VersionControlPuppet with
0.24.1 . It was working fine with 0.23.1 and I like it to test stupid
typos before checking in.
However after updating to 0.24.1 I get the following error for the site.pp:
Could not parse for environment development: No file(s) found for import

kerberos + winbind + AD authentication for samba 4 domain member
Hello,
I'm setting up AD user logins for centos 7.4 box. I've almost managed to
do everything the way I want and the way I think it should be, but I'm
missing last piece:
For ssh access I read parts of the

Most docs recommend using setting in smb.conf:

Problems with bad UDP checksums
...hought was an old problem, show up again..
I noticed it when I let a domU stay on DHCP long enough to try to do a renew, then the
DHCP server started logging about checksum errors:
dhcpd: 5 bad udp checksums in 5 packets
DHCP server is 1:9.6.ESV.R4+dfsg-0+lenny1 so newer DHCP releases may contain workaorunds
allowing these packets..
Since I had this problem years ago when I started with Xen I knew what to test and doing
''ethtool -K eth0 tx off'' on the domU fixes the checksumming problem.
I see this behavior between domU''s using the same dom0 bridge on the same xen host. And...

kerberos + winbind + AD authentication for samba 4 domain member
Hello,
Thank You for fast response. I'm glad that it's a mistake somewhere on
my side, it means it will work when I fix it :)
Ok, first of all:
Everything is on centos 7.4
All config files will be below, but to start off: behaviour is stranger
than I thought, but there is a pattern:
when doing
[DOMAIN\kacper_wirski at vs-files ~]$ kinit -V
Using default cache: /tmp/krb5cc_101003

ntpd under Xen Dom0 exhibits extremely high jitter/noise? runs stable/quiet under non-xen kernel.
On a selection of boxes, ntpd running in Xen Dom0 reproducibly
exhibits extermely high noise/jitter.
Switching back to -default, non-xen kernel ntpd runs with very low jitter/noise.
Question -- how can I ''tame'' ntpd noise & jitter when running in Dom0?
Is the problem a config issue, or a bug?
Already reported this downstream; everybody''s "stumped".
