windows help files
how does one view windows help files ( winhlp format ) using wine?

"Module not found", using wine-0.9.28
...ut.exe.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

wine: could not load L"D:\\taxcut.exe": Module not found
i can run other programs, which come with wine, successfully,
e.g. winhlp.exe, and cmd.exe.
any tips, or debug, strace, etc suggestions, would be most welcome.
as i say, i'm new to wine. is this a case where i need to be using
"real" microsoft libraries? if so, is there a wiki or doc page
that describes which libraries to copy, and their source (on
wind...

whats the status on winhlp32?
I am just starting to look into the help side of our application and wanted
to check on the status, especially with regard to the following:
1. We have to use the Microsoft winhlp32.exe; there isn't a Wine version?
2. It requires the native comdlg32.dll and/or comclt32.dll to get the Index
button to do anything
3. Even then, that will only bring up the index itself, not the contents
nor the search tab.
4. There seems to be some problems with drawings within help files....

Preview of an alternative R for Windows installer

if there is still a need for floppy-sized installs (which Inno Setup
can generate).
Direct feedback to me only, please.
If the reaction is positive, my intentions are to make both forms of
installation available for 1.2.3, and then only this form from 1.3.0.
Winhlp files are deliberately missing: if anyone objects to dropping those
for 1.3.0 please let me know.

Today I have installed R 1.02.1 on my MSW-95 laptop;
it essentially worked, but thre are two
