Uniden UIP1868 - any sightings or users?
...39;s own online store doesn't have them available yet,
not to mention reputable places like voipsupply.com. Uniden's product
support doesn't list it either.
Has anybody seen one in the flesh? And more importantly, are they
actually out yet? And if not, any ideas when?

FreeBSD.org begins switch to Subversion
...ty and the cvs2svn project developers for their
assistance with extracting and decrypting our 14 years of CVS history.
Yahoo (my employer) donated server hardware and allowed me to spend
a considerable amount of time on the preparation, assembling the
infrastructure, and the conversion.

Problems with sipura 1001's and 2002's
I'm having lots of problems with sipura spa1001's and spa2002's. Asterisk
claims they are busy when they aren't. Other times, it claims to be ringing
them, but they aren't really ringing. I have done the following to try to
resolve the problem:
1) I upgraded all my spa1001's and 2002's to their latest
firmware (3.1.5). This lessened, but did not resolve

Phone attached to Sipura SPA-1001 has no ring
I hooked up a SPA-1001 with asterisk yesterday and all works well except
the phone doesn't ring.
The phone I'm using has a LCD display so I can see the call come in.
(with caller id info)
I can answer and complete the call but it's just not ringing.
The phone rings if pluged into a POTS line so it's not the phone that's
the problem.
I've used the SPA-1001's web

Replace Cisco IOS/CBOS with freebsd - possible?
Greetings,
I'm RP for a fairly large chunk of IP real estate. I carved out
a /27 segment for my home network. Which is currently running over
a cisco 837 GW (adsl/router). I'm not really keen on it (the router/modem).
So I thought to myself that it couldn't be /that/ hard to build a
box with FBSD that could replace it - am I crazy? Wouldn't it
be possible to upload a minimal build

AMD64 Porting
Contact: Peter Wemm <peter@FreeBSD.org>
The last known bug that prevented AMD64 machines completing a full
release has been fixed - one single character error that caused
ghostscript to crash during rendering diagrams. SMP work is nearing
completion and should be committed within the next few days....
