...DVD iso that is not a torrent, and looking through
the mirrors I am unable to find one. Does anyone happen to have a mirror

Adjusting p values of a matrix
...nal. Therefore,
simply writing
pmat <- p.adjust( pmat, method= "fdr" )
# where pmat is an n x n matrix
...doesn't cut it.
Of course, I can turn the matrix in to a three column data frame with
n(n-1)/2 rows, but that is slow and not elegant.

j.

ext3 and 2.4.x kernels
...d, are we no longer able to use RPM to upgrade the kernel and still
have ext3 work, as in no kernel panics on reboot?
If thats the case, then i think i will downgrade to ext2, but my next
question then becomes, how to do this within tune2fs??
thanks for any insights into this issue.

want a simple numeric vector :-) I'm sure there is a simple trick for
this. If you can point me to the right function, or manual, I think I
should be able to find out the details myself.
Thanks in advance,

(3) I could build vignette outside of the package and put it into the

I am tending towards solution (2). What do you think?

Further question: where can I find a good, advanced introduction to R

Syntax coloring in R console
Dear all,
I am a happy user of R console, but I would like to see syntax
coloring. I use R 2.12 in Ubuntu Linux.
I have found the packages "xterm256" and "highlight", but I was not
able to figure out how to use it to highlight the syntax in console
output.
Also, I tried several GUI interfaces, but I was not able to find
something that suits me better than the default R

As you can see, it finds the GL headers, but fails on glEnd and then complains it cannot find the GL libraries. I have the mesa-libGL mesa-libGL-devel mesa-libGLU mesa-libGLU-devel packages installed but I still get the errors.
Any thoughts?
