ave across columns
Hi:
How do I find average across three columns such as weight1, weight2,
weight3 (20 people, each person has three different measures)? They have
NA's also. Thanks

Weighted densityplot?
I'm trying to plot a series of densities using/comparing differing weights. I see the reference to weights and subscripts, but I don't understand how to implement that. My data are of the form:
I, J, Actual, Distance, Subset, Weight1, Weight2, ...
I'm trying to see the effect of the distance distribution (Actual by Distance) compared to the various weighted distributions (Subset*WeightX by Distance)
I presume I and J are the subscripts to the weight Variable in densityplot. If anyone has a code snippet of densityplot usi...

How to replace NA's data with some value
...0.0 23.7 0.0
6 0.0 81.7 0.2 0.0 NA
0 1.5 60.9 0.0 0.0 15.5
1 13.0 56.8 17.5 32.8 6.4
4 3.0 66.4 2.0 0.3 NA
Now I want to replace those NA's, with the estimation values by using this
formula:
weight$v6
<-(weight1*AS)+(weight2*BL)+(weight3*Serdang)+(weight4*Jhr)+(weight5*Phg);
Targetstation
but I still could not replace the NA's. My problem is, how do I replace
those NA's with another value?
Thank you so much for your help and attention.
Regards,
Dila

Explenation of WRR parameters
Guys
Oppologies for the cross post.
I''ve been scouring the docs coming with the wrr patches and for the
life of me I can''t figure out why there are 8 parameters for each
class.
<snip>
weight1, min1, decr1, incr1,
weight2, min2, decr2, incr2
</snip>
According to the docs these parameters are handled the same way, but
looking at the example scripts there are different values for these.
I had a look at the formulas, and have gotten my own set of reasonable
values, based on the c...

TinycoreLinux Install
...t=utf-8
Illegal instruction
#
Attached is the config.log .
Make check in omega-core/tests/ shows a lot of failed tests as well,
e.g.:
Running test: defaultctor1... SIGILL at 0xb75592fb
Running test: copyassign1... SIGILL at 0xb75592fb
Running test: matchspy6... SIGILL at 0xb75592fb
Running test: weight1... SIGILL at 0xb7627591
Running test: scaleweight3... SIGILL at 0xb754fdf9
Running test: scaleweight4... SIGILL at 0x80ead72
....
As tinycorelinux needs to load many libraries manually (not
pre-installed), I suppose I am not sure what xapian's dependencies are?
