I then set the environmental variables PATH which now looks like : %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Intel\DMIX;C:\Program Files\UltraEdit;C:\proj and I created a new user variable PROJ_LIB to c:\proj\nad.
