IMQ + natin PREROUTING - it is almost 2 years since patch....
...te a patch to switch IMQ with nat in PREROUTING chain... From www.linuximq.org I''ve downloaded newset IMQ driver for 2.4.26 and what can i see? The line that Patrick changed in that patch is still as it was in previous relases. Are there some side-effects or something that this patch wasent applied to "official" imq? -josh _______________________________________________ LARTC mailing list / LARTC@mailman.ds9a.nl http://mailman.ds9a.nl/mailman/listinfo/lartc HOWTO: http://lartc.org/

Two Interface Setup + router problems II
Hey all, A while ago today I posted about not being able to get my two interface setup working with a router (di 652 wireless/wired). I recieved help from Tom and got everything in the router turned off and set it up as a switch rather then a rouiter, this still never corrected my problems. Use tcpdump I see there is alot of traffic, but as soon as I dhcpcd eth1 (local) I loose all outside access

installing gnome, CentOS 6.1
I just rebuilt a box to 6.1 for a user. Shortly after I delivered, she came up to ask about gnome; it had come up as KDE. I looked at the login screen, and in the session type, saw previous, custom, kde, and default. When I investigated, I found not all 7,532,340 gnome packages were installed. Googling for responses only in the last month, I found a lot of groupinstall "GNOME Desktop

Centos 5 live cd?
It seems that the live cd for 5 is no longer in existence. network and stability issues
hi Guys, Over the last 24 hours we have had a series of stability issues. First, the DC our mail/lists machine is hosted in had power issues ( Internap LGA9, NY, USA ); then we had a h/w failure and needed a chassis swap ( thanks to the guys in the DC who executed this within minutes ); and we have since again had network issues - although power to the DC and the server seems stable now. 7.2 kernel panic on boot
...fact that the point number isnt really much other than a datestamp, to who and how it gets used and for what purpose etc. But the thing that bothers me most is that the reason as to why we are doing this and how its implemented isnt clear to people on this thread. eg. when we were doing x.y, RHEL wasent. They were on a X release, and all the other point in time data was communicated outside of that scope ( eg in EL3 / 4 etc ). I believe being pragmatic around this, and delivering value into areas that needed it most is good thing for us and the userbase at large - however, if we are breaking syste...

CentOS 6 - Does EFI have an impact beyond the boot sequence?
Hello, I am using an up to date CentOS 6 x86_64 laptop (Thinkpad X220t) and after struggling a bit I could install it a few months ago with a pure EFI boot. However, I am not really satisfied with such things as stability, power consumption, etc. and now that I have a little more time I want to investigate these issues thoroughly. So, my questions are: - Does EFI impacts other things than the
