Hello, I recently switched over to using Mixmonitor versus Monitor to see if it would clear up some warble that I was getting in my recordings. It did indeed clear that up, but a new problem was introduced. The recordings for no reason will just end abnormally. Hey, all. I'm all over MWI, but I gotta say that I think the Polycoms go a bit over the top. The blinking LED is enough for me; how do I disable the stuttered dialtone and the audible warble? When I use pulse audio and Asterisk 11.4.0 on the Console/Dsp port I get a motorboating sound or warble - or - just not clear audio. When I switch that to ALSA direct it sounds just fine. However, on our phones with more than one registration, the MWI goes out periodically, and then relights a short time later with the characteristic Polycom warble tone.
