We're having a problem with Linux and/or the SCSI controller failing to access an external RAID device. I have no problem using it this way.... smbutil -v view //user@host Password: ******* but if I try this way.... smbutil -v view //user:pass@host it prompts me for a password when I already specific it in my command line. apparently if you don''t order a J4200 with drives, you just get filler sleds that won''t accept a hard drive.
