Experimental info editor for winamp
...r so we get the best of both worlds. Eventually this will be incorporated into the official CVS source but that might still be a little while off. Warren is working on updates to his program VCE that will further inhance the capabilities of this new feature and help to make the winamp plugin very versitile. Just to recap this is an unofficial release of the plugin and is only for testing purposes and for those who might have been interested. If you have any problems and feel that it is unusable I recommend that you use the official beta 4 plugin that was released earlier last month. I would like t...

Can't create audio conversation between softphonesthrough Asterisk
...ry to add another contact(In the same LAN network) from one of the user pc's. I am attaching the console results that I get within Eclipse when I run this softphone. Ok, one more silly question -- might it be possible to do this with IAX? (I tend to lean on IAX for things, as it's more versitile and robust, if not so widely deployed). I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to accomplish, so I'm focusing on the questions you are having issues with. A bit of context might show up as another solution, though -- if you are able to provide it. I don't have time right now to di...

I'm the beginner for IMAP/POP3 servers. I'm starting to use Dovecot. But I'm confusing between Courier-IMAP and Dovecot. Anyone tell me some quick tips regarding this issue. What's the better and what's the worst thing comparing these two IMAP/POP3 servers? I think the Dovecot is good enough for security and performance issue over Courier. Is it right? What do you guys think? Any help is appreciated. Regards, Hadi

I am using the following code to create the plot plot ( x = TEMP3[,"TIME"], y = TEMP3[,"TEMP"], type = "p", col =

Types of apps to use Rails for?
I am a web developer using PHP and very limited JavaScript. I keep hearing about RoR and am interested in learning it, but before I make the jump I''d like to hear about the types of applications I should be using it for. On all the tutorials you see big apps like stores, social networking, shopping carts, etc. I don''t have any immediate plans to be building something that
