Problems installing & using SAMBA 1.9.18p3

I am running smbclient '\\chuck\c' -N -Tc tar.out "\my documents" "\windows\desktop" "\windows\start menu".
Every time I run the above command I receive different nr of files backed up.
This is what my smb.conf file looks like.
