I am trying to do a repeated measurement anova using an lme. I have the following variables: -ID, the identification of the individual -trail, with 2 levels -treatment, with 3 -time, measure 5 times the same individual -VCL, the response variable I tried the following in R, within.gr<-groupedData(VCL~time|ID/treatment/time,data=within) summary(lme(fixed=VCL~time*treatment,random=~1,data=within.gr)) I am not sure if it is correct at all. Running as Windows service seems to require that the application does not detach (otherwise "net start" says smth. like "could not start, the service didn't report any errors"). ...i have no idea why i did that) and then link speexenc and speexdec by hand (because my knowledge of automake is too limited). it sound like a simple mistake that aught to be easy to fix. at least i do now have a working copy of each application. unfortunatly my only player with speex support, vcl, ouputs something that could possibly be voice but it's hard to tell since it's drowned in static noise. regards, -- hugo forss
