NFS4 issue
We are running kernel 2.6.18-164.6.1.el5 with exporting 3 aoe provided
ext4 directories. For a couple of weeks we had a small number of users
using the system with no issues, today we added 7 users and the system
crashed and did not perform correctly since.

rpc.idmapd error after upgrade to 5.1
Hello,
after upgrade from CentOS 5 to 5.1 I see the following error
in /var/log/messages:
'rpc.idmapd[2330]: main: open(/var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs/nfs): No such
file or directory'
The directory exists with the permissions
dr-xr-xr-x 2 root root 0 Dec 7 10:21 nfs
So is this an owner/permisson problem?
Should /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs/nfs be owned by rpcuser?

Kerberos + NFSv4 difficulties
Hey All,
I recently have been trying to setup an NFSv4 share that utilizes Kerberos. My experience in general with NFS is very slim however I feel like I am very close to getting this project completed. Currently I have the following things in place:
1) NFS server nfs.example.net (VM#2) - Running CentOS 5.4 with all of the latest updates and NFS-related packages
2) Kerberos KDC running on

Problems with PCI pass-through
Hello!
I'm having problems getting PCI pass-through to work.
This is on a AMD64 system, paravirtualized with xen-hypervisor-4.0-amd64

Tracking down hangs
We're using a storage solution involving two SunFire X4500 servers using
DRBD to replicate a 15TB partition across the network with ocfs2 on top.
We're sharing the partition from one server over NFS and the other is
mounted read-only at present. The DBRD backing store is software RAID 60
on 40 disks.
We've been seeing periodic issues whereby our NFS clients (Debian Lenny)

BTRFS crash on mount with 3.4.4
My kernel crashed for some other reason, and now I can''t mount my btrfs
filesystem.
I don''t care about the data, it''s backed up.
I''ll compile a 3.5 kernel, but is there any info you''d like off that
filesystem to see why btrfs is crashing on mount?
