...gely, if I first run the Quicknet SDK utility "ring_detect" with the correct cadence setting, I can get the card to detect an incoming ring. If I then quit the ring_detect utility and immediately start Asterisks, I can then get Asterisks to detect a ring. Without running the ring_detect utlility first, Atserisks will not detect the incoming call at all. I'm running a RedHat 8.0 box with the latest versions of the quicknet drivers (from the openh323 CVS repository). Many thanks in advance! What is everyones opinion and expierience with using ODDSOCK streamTranscoder to downsample mp3 streams? I tried it on Windows 2000 and then compared it against shoutCAST DSP plugin. It sucked.
