In doing an update of centos 5.2 this morning, I observed that the old gecko-libs dependency issue caused yum update to fail because it was required by nspluginwrapper (x64_86), devhelp, yelm and firefox. A quick question on the fasttrack repo which is now up to date with upstream. Why is the fasttrack repo not in the main CentOS-Base.repo file but contrib which has never had anything is included in the main CentOS-Base.repo file? I asked this before when I configured another CentOS box, but I forget the answer. In my apt sources folder, I don't have a repo that is the equivalent of the yum Centos.Base.repo. Where do I find such a file?
