Hung SIP channels
I have recently posted a message regarding hung SIP channels when using the Monitor() command. Well, I was wrong.   The channel hanging wasn't caused by the Monitor command. They also hang when they aren't monitored. The cause seems to be our PSTN gateway provider. When for some reason their PSTN gateway crashes or reboots (OK, this should happen, but anyway...) and RTP/SIP data stops

IAX2 channels denoted as '(None)'
I have some stuck channels that I think I'm going to have to bounce Asterisk to get rid of, but am curious to know what they are and how they've managed to accumulate. The show up with a channel identifier of '(None)' as in the output below, and do not show up in the soft hangup list, and so can't be cleared by that method. Here is the output from iax2 show channels:

SIP Channels
I am a fairly new user of Asterisk and I am generally impressed with its features. I have some questions about the SIP channel support: 1. I have noticed that even when there are no active calls, there is a list of active SIP channels. This appears to be a bug. Has anyone seen this? 2. If there are stuck SIP channels, how can one clear them without re-starting Asterisk? 3. One time a

Thanks. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was

[Asterisk-Dev] SIP channels not cleared
Hello all, When I do 'sip show channels' I have seen a lot of entries where these calls has already been terminated. Some of these channels are bolong to calls being made 2 days ago but still showing from the CLI. They look like 10.223.51.173 0022676583 130b36625fc 00102/00103 unknow(d) Rx: BYE 10.223.51.173 0022676583 5533069e578 00102/00103 unknow(d) Rx: BYE 10.223.51.173

Asterisk CDR "**Unknow**" as channel name
Hi all I have been looking at my asterisk CDR in the mysql database and some channel names are set to "**Unknown**" string. When I look at the code, everybody when calling ast_channel_alloc set a channel format like SIP/%s or Zap/%s Only app_voicemail.c doesn't when sending emails and I don't use voicemail. Why app_voicemail needs to allocate a channel to send emails ? And in

Unknow socket option report
Hello, >From smb.conf man page: "You may find that on some systems Samba will say "Unknown socket option" when you supply an option. This means you either incorrectly typed it or you need to add an include file to includes.h for your OS. If the latter is the case please send the patch to samba@samba.org <URL:mailto:samba@samba.org>." I'm exactly in that

Degree of freedom issue on chi-square test of goodness of fit
I am running chi-square test of goodness of fit, the observation data was well groupped to observation freq. I assume the data obey the normal distribution N(? ?^2), while ? and ?^2 are unknown. So I use their estimation. Consequently, I calculated out the probabilities and input in vector p >x<-c(6,13,14,27,25,19,10,6) #observation freq>p<-c(0.0505, 0.0874, 0.1533, 0.2088, 0.2088,

[LLVMdev] MCJIT vs JT
Compiled the 3.0.0 version of the source code , then tried lli --use-mcjit irfile.txt On both windows and linux, I got: LLVM ERROR: Unknow object format. If I omit the -use-mcjit option, the command works well. It seems to me that something about MCJIT is broken in the 3.0.0 version. Also tried to initialize an ExecutionEngine from code, got errors like "Target does not support MC

Solve equations
Hello, I have a system of five equations to solve with five 'unknows'(V, W, X, Y and Z) and constraints. The equations are: 0.007= 2VZ 0.03= W(Y+Z) 0.034= X(y+Z) 0.013 = (X+W)Y +(X-W)Z X = W+V Constraints: 0<V<W<X 0<Y<Z<1 Does anyone know a R-package to solve this system? RFC: Allow readnone and readonly functions to throw exceptions
...these attributes asserts that the exception > handler is operating outside of memory modeled by LLVM. I don't understand why that's desirable, and I think it would severely limit our ability to infer these attributes for functions that unwind. You'd need to prove things -- likely unknowable things -- about the exception handlers in place around every call site of a function in order to mark it readonly, readnone, etc. We'd have the same problem with the attribute parameters. I'm fairly certain we do need and want to separate these concerns. This way we can apply callsite s...
