hi, yesterday we switch to courir to dovecot the whole company. there is good and bad news. the good one that about 200 people use outlook and outlook works fine (after we make some registry hack to delete the INBOX form imap root folder, which was required for courier but not for dovecot). the bad news we try most of the thing before the switch except outself. since the whole it department use

When I try to subscribe with Squirrelmail I get: "ERROR: Could not complete request. Query: SUBSCRIBE "shared" Reason Given: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox doesn't exist: shared" I've tried various combinations of permissions to no avail. Suggestions welcome. ...mily the following happens: Asterisk issues a "CREATE Voicemail.Family" which succeeds with "OK Create completed" (The folder is successfully created if it does not exist, I can see it in thunderbird). Then Asterisk issues a "COPY 1 Family" which fails with "NO [TRYCREATE] Mailbox Doesn't exist: Family" I don't think Asterisk is using the value of imapparentfolder when copying the message. The COPY command should be "COPY 1 Voicemail.Family". Is there something I am missing in my configuration or is this a bug? Thank you -Dave

Hi guys i understand that you can't subscribe to the Prefix names of namespace folders right now with dovecot. But for instance if i user outlook express and it can't see the prefix name then it can't see the subfolders of that "prefix folder" either. So even though it can detect and see the subfolders it won't display them cause it can't see the "parent"
