No, glustershd.log is clean, no extra log after command on all 3 nodes

Active Directory Trust issues
Hello,
I am using SAMBA 4.1.6 AD on Ubuntu 14.04.02, I am trying to use the Active
Directory Domains and Trust tool but it keeps giving me this message.
I am trying to fix this issue:
The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted
for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow
delegation.

Would you please help how I can solve

Authentication with trusted credentials
Currently I have the following empirical knowledge about outgoing trust:
- In case of creating this type of trust using direction=both we get
outgoing trust working partially - it is possible to login to Windows
member of trusting domain with trusted credentials as well as access shares
on trusted side further. It is impossible to make the same login on Linux
members.
- In case of making the same

how to verify bitrot signed file manually?
ok, from bitrot code I figured out gluster using sha256 hashing algo.
Now coming to the problem, during scrub run in my cluster some of my files
were marked as bad in few set of nodes.
I just wanted to confirm bad file. so, I have used "sha256sum" tool in
Linux to manually get file hash.
here is the result.
file-1, file-2 marked as bad by scrub and file-3 is healthy.
file-1 sha256

status on samba trusts
Hi,
Having read the release notes on the status of trusts within samba, we
see for 4.9

but we also always see these messages:

What we would like to achieve is a one-way incoming trust

Realm trust between Samba AD and MIT kerberos realm
Hi all,
I was hoping to setup a realm trust between a Samba AD domain and a
kerberos realm running mit-krb5, however it looks like that isn't
currently supported. Is that correct, or am I missing something (I'm
running Samba 4.9.4)?
Having noticed that "samba-tool domain trust" only seems to cater for
trusts involving other AD domains, I tried to workaround that (in the

Samba firts DC fail over
Just a thought if the client machines are still getting a listing in the
DNS for the failed machines wouldn't this be a problem? How would the
programs know not to use the failed server? Is there a way to temporarily
move the failed machines out of dns listings?

how to verify bitrot signed file manually?
my volume is distributed disperse volume 8+2 EC.
file1 and file2 are different files lying in same brick. I am able to read
the file from mount point without any issue because of EC it reads rest of
the available blocks in other nodes.
my question is "file1" sha256 value matches bitrot signature value but
still, it is also marked as bad by scrubber daemon. why is that?

samba NT4 domain trusting samba AD domain: ephimeral
hi all,
thanks to Rowland advice, I checked the net trustdom way to establish
trust between domains.
In my setup I have a samba-4.7.4 NT4 domain named TRUSTING which needs
to have a trusting (outgoing)[1] with samba-4.7.4 AD domain named ATENEOAD.
As far as I know it is very similar to:

Continuing problem with domain trusts
Setup:
Samba3beta3 domain (NEWDOM) with a single PDC. No winbind activated.
Uses smbpasswd for user authentication.
Windows 2K AD (OLDDOM) domain with two DCs.
I've been struggling to get a trust established one way with these two
domains. Since I have a native W2K AD domain, I have to use AD domain tools
to establish the trusts. I followed the documentation regarding creating a

Samba firts DC fail over
Hello,
I am currently testing for Samba4. The creation of the domain and the secondary Dc implementation works well. But by performing tests for a fail over situation I realized that when the DC that created the domain is in fail over the linux client machine can no longer retrieve the list of users from the domain. I would like to know if a person has already faced this situation and if so how he
