timeSeq and TimeDate analog in R ?
Hi All : I am attempting tomove a large amount of code from Splus to R and I was hoping that there was an equivalent in R of the Splus functions timeSeq and timeDate ?
I did an RSiteSearch but nothing came up ?
If the equivalent functions are part of some package, that's fine.
Thanks a lot....

help on routing
We have a router with two external and one internal interfaces and it
doesn''t work as we''d like to. We need it to route all the trafic
through one of the external interfaces and to access a few networks
through the other.
Currently it seems that all the packets with source address from the
inernal network are routed correctly. The problem is with the packets
that originate from

remote rsync process dies, local hangs
...the local process waits until the timeout and
exits.
Both systems are Sun boxes, Ultra 10 or better with 256+ MB of memory.
Rsync version is 2.5.0 on the local end and 2.5.5 on the remote end.
Network pipe between the two is 768KB VPN WAN. On the local side,
here's

problem - multiple links to a network
Hi,
I have a Linux machine with kernel 2.6 and 3 network cards. I would
like to ask what rules should I have in the routing table so that:
192.168.254.0/25 is routed through eth1
192.168.254.128/25 is routed through eth2
eth0 is my internal interface and eth1/eth2 are the external
interfaces.
* What is particulary specific for this case is that ipaddr_eth1 is in
the same network as ipaddr_eth2
