Dovecote IMAPSieve user scripts
...is given. What I want to achieve: let users create their own sieve scripts and execute them each time a message is being moved/copied between their mailboxes. I saw mentions of "association of user scripts with mailboxes" but I'm not sure what that means or if it's supported by Thuderbird Sieve extension (or any other software out there). Please advice. -- Regards, Alex

Ximian Evolution Issue
Hi This may be a problem with Dovecot and it may be a problem with Evolution, I'm trying to narrow it down. I'm using Evolution 2.0.2 on Fedora Core 3 x86_64 to connect over SSL to Dovecot 0.99.11 on Debian testing (Sarge) on an i686 using Maildir for the mail store. Specifically, when I open a folder with more than a few dozen messages in it I get the following error (with the

Call popups with Thunderbird (and potentially other PIMs)
...lPopPy looks up incoming numbers in a SQLite database and displays any associated name found. Which is where the second project comes in... Squalit is an extension for Mozilla Thunderbird, the purpose of which is to populate callPopPy's database. It exports phone numbers and display names from Thuderbird's address book. It can export individual contacts or entire address books, and can be configured to automatically update the database periodically. The two stage approach means callPopPy can potentially be integrated with other PIMs as well. Any feedback would be gratefully received. You can...

Firefox and Thunderbird 2.0, Centos 5, and rpms
I am making some progress on my Centos 5 notebook build. So I am looking at Firefox and Thunderbird 2.0. Should I install them? Or is Redhat correct that there is nothing improved here and wait for 3.0? (well I have not even had a chance to look at Thunderbird 2.0, that is new)? I have the install steps we covered here back on 2/2/07; but are there rpms? I did not find anything over at

Outlook 2013/2010 nightmare
...but I don't care, as it happily puts files under mail/mail. Now here is something totally strange: If I try to put this same account on another PC so users can 'share' the same e-mail account, even with my 'mail' root folder work-around, it crashes again. All through this, Thuderbird works fine and so does RoundCube - SOGo will be up and working a bit later once I get the initial part up and going... but I digress but good to know it is only Outlook doing this. To share multiple accounts I am currently getting the subsequent PCs that need to share a universal account to sel...

Using torrent in tcrules
Hi all, I''m trying to set up traffic shaping and I''m having some difficulty. Here is what I want, and where I am. 1. HTTP and SMTP traffic needs to be priority 1. 2. All other traffic priority 2 3. Torrent traffic priority 3. My distro is Fedora Core 4, and the torrent protocol does not appear in /etc/protocols. The only protocol is TCP, which HTTP and SMTP is built on top
