Issue with Wx::Image class, especially set_data
...6 on mswin32. It always crashes: ..../classes/bitmap.rb:17: [BUG] segmentation fault On my Linux it works fine (thats no suprise of course). Probably somebody has a clue - I exported this raw data also with get_data, I guess this should be platform independent or not? cheers -- Georg ''Therion'' Bege http://coruscant.info http://www.ninth-art.de therion@ninth-art.de <therion at ninth minus art dot de> !DSPAM:4868b85f132156216567211!

Intel-VTd problem
...B) When the hypervisor tries to load my DOM0 it takes a long time until it continues the boot process (it hangs somewhere after freeing unused memory (loaded the initrd)) - what could that be? I append my dmesg logs (both XEN and DOM0). My host OS is a Gentoo GNU/Linux running 2.6.38-xen kernel. therion@kali ~ > qlist -Iv xen app-emulation/xen-4.1.1 app-emulation/xen-tools-4.1.1-r1 sys-kernel/xen-sources-2.6.38 cheers -- Georg Bege <therion@ninth-art.de> _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/...

can''t get network access from windows hvm
Hello everyone, I have been able to get windows xp to run under a virtual machine, but i cannot get any network access. My desktop is connected to a university network, and we are only given 1 ip address. so i understand i have to use routing instead of bridging, right? i have commented the two lines for bridge and enabled routing in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp next i inserted a line: vif

Automatically close Windows program on crash?
I have a program that, under certain circumstances, will crash out with the "Serious Error" popup. In order to better probe the crash with an automated test harness, I'd like to be able to skip that popup and just have the process terminate. Is there a way to do that? Tell Wine "hey, if this program segfaults, just close it without asking me"? Hoping this is something

Intel VT-d and Asus Desktop/Workstation mainboards, eg. Asus P9X79 WS
Good day to you Im a casual Xen user and am also using I/O Virtualization. I had always trouble getting DMAR tables (and IOMMU) recognized with Asus Mainboards, despite the fact that I always used this boards a lot. Since the Nehalem Intel architecture, I looked into Intel Mainboards due the fact that this seems to work out with Xen, Linux and VT-d. My request is, that someone who tried Asus

dovecot memory consumption beta vs. old "stable" series
Hi! I just wanted to know if anyone can give a definitive answer if dovecot beta's memory requirements are much better than in the old pre-alpha "stable" series? I'm using a rather old stable.20050712 release on an also rather old Debian Sarge box to manage my personal mails. I'm pretty satisfied with this dovecot release but it's memory consumption when deleting

Joystick axis mapping issue (wine/linux)
Good day to you wine users I've following problem, I've a cheap joystick which is recognized as DragonRise Inc. - however many of them are I guess. It's some china stuff which is each time labeled different but almost always the same device (or so I've heard). Everything works great except the joystick is recognized as being 7 axis one - I really dont know why it does this. It
