Attachment. who can I best report this to for forensis?
...ll,
but they're under resourced and I don't live in their "manor" (London
slang for area).
I'd like to push it out to as powerful an organization as possible, that
really cares. As a one-time father (they're long grown up now) I rate
the sender on a par with the "terrorist" syndrome, that we've all seen
so much of lately.
Of course the shitt went through a zombie or open relay, of course it
was sent anonymously, but that's what forensics are for. The proper
authority will be keeping a database and ISP trail on the whole. That's
why I'm asking...

Offsite server replication solution via Internet
Hi
Some of our smaller Central London clients (5 to 25 terminals), who use the NetWare & GroupWise software from Novell Small Business Suite 6, are becoming increasingly concerned about the possibility of their offices becoming inaccessible for a prolonged period in the event of a terrorist attack.
We've been asked to provide a low cost solution consisting of replicated offsite servers to cater for this eventuality.
In the event of a crisis, key office personnel would be able to access their NetWare data and GroupWise email etc. from home, by accessing their backup server situated...

I apologize in advance for the subject and length of this reply. I debated
just letting things pass without comment. But, security has many levels. And
the first level is recognition of the threat.
Whether we recognize it or not. Whether we agree of disagree with the politics
that lie beneath this situation or not; Whether we consider this a
non-technical issue or not; By virtue of our

work with it and it has become inflexible and passé. I do not think that
there will be a place for Samba if Microsoft continues to extend it's

about the Samba4 issue. I feel like the terrorists have already won.
I really do appreciate that you took your time to reply but everything you
have said has been vapid, the mantra of a dead rhetoric. Thank you for at
least trying. Have a great day.

SIP "agent" phone w/ headset
I have a call center where we're looking at converting it from a
traditional PBX w/ digital phone "agent" sets (keyless phones) that have
headsets to a SIP based environment.
I am having trouble finding anything on the market that resembles this
in the VoIP world.
For reference, we're currently using Inter-Tel Agent Sets, which are
basically a digital phone with out any keypad,

icecast 2.x & a control panel?
I don't know of any such tool...but maybe I'm out of the loop.
If writing your own, I'd humbly suggest using Webmin as the framework.
It handles a lot of the 'grunt work' for you, and makes writing web
based server administration tools a breeze. Unless you have an aversion
to perl, it's a great starting place. With Webmin based modules, you
get fine grained ACLs,

Mirrored Servers
Lets say I have two servers, both running opensolaris with ZFS. I basically want to be able to create a filesystem where the two servers have a common volume, that is mirrored between the two. Meaning, each server keeps an identical, real time backup of the other''s data directory. Set them both up as file servers, and load balance between the two for incoming requests.
How would anyone
