I have seen people say both that rsync can efficiently copy truecrypt volumes. I got it working once with deltacopy but as I'm trying to get it to work from the command line, I cannot. I'm trying to sync up 54 million files. I can break it down into different applications, but I still have to accomplish 17 million files in one "chunk" if possible.
