TE412 / HPDL380G5 / * 1.4 / CentOS 4.5 Experience
Has anyone successfully run * 1.4 with the following configuration (or
something very similar)?
HP DL380 G5 (3Ghz Xeon)
CentOS 4.5 (kernel 2.6.9-55)
Asterisk 1.4.5 (or 1.4.4)
Zaptel 1.4.3 (or 1.4.2.1)
TE412P
TDM400B (2x FXO and 2x FXS modules)
I've had this rig running * 1.2.18 with Zaptel 1.2.17.1 for several months
without any issues. Upon trying to upgrade to * 1.4.4 and Zaptel 1.4.2.1 a
few weeks ago, I saw several kernel panics, easily reproduceable with a load
test suite that bridged calls...

which pci has the dell / hp
I'm trying to find the right Digium card for the
Dell 2950
Dell 2850
HP DL380 G3
HP DL360 G3
Are these 3.3v or 5.0v machines ? I am out of the office, and need to
buy a card today.
I am looking at either the TE407 or TE412, and would appreciate any help. :)

DISCONNECT 41 hangup problem on PRI

Why would asterisk send an ISDN RELEASE COMPLETE frame and then not
hangup the call ?
We are using asterisk 1.4.2 btw. I have also tried svn version of
asterisk and zaptel from yesterday. Makes no difference.
We tried setting autofallthrough both to yes and no and tried the same
setup on a TE412 card on a different server. Results for the
DISCONNECT 41 were the same however.
Any help or info greatly appreciated,
