Hi, I just bought the above named Laptop and was wondering if there is anything I need to watch out for besides not having 3D acceleration because they use ATI grafic cards? Maybe the built in wireless card might not work too. Other then that can anyone think of anything else? Your data frame fam contains factors. Turn it into character strings using fam$Family = as.character(fam$Family) and try again. It may be helpful if you read up on R's factors, see ?factor.
