CIC Code
Has anyone ever setup Asterisk to pass Feature Group D access while using a
CIC code for outbound calls? If so can you please email the configuration
you have done? I have tried to get this up and running but with no luck. I
have also contacted support and I cant seem to get this going.

TDM400 stopped working
...ur extensions.conf
channel => 1
mailbox=1234
signalling=fxs_ks
group=2
context=incoming
channel=> 4 ; Again change the 'X' to the number of FXO modules you have
zaptel.conf:
loadzone=us
defaultzone=us
# Load FXS device (a TDM400P) as Channel #, and use
fxoks=1
# Load FXO device (a T100X) as Channel #, and use kewlstart
fxsks=4

Analog FXO Woes Continue
I've been struggling with a test * install for a couple months now in a
small office and am just about ready to give up on it. It's not that the
system itself is a problem. I've got everything (attendant, voicemail,
FXS extensions, Cisco and Polycom hard-IP phones, and 2 VOIP carriers)
working except for the frigging analog FXO interfaces. These things are
driving me completely mad.
