Parsing a SQL file directly intoactiverecord::executemethod - Not a vamp I swear
It doesn''t like SET commands, or #Comments, etc. Looks like no way =
around this without using forgoing active record. I don''t really want =
to do that at this point.

A non-root user is trying to change their password but cannot because of the

the config file lies for this functionality. Do you know? -mike

Questions about static
Using an Asterisk system running 1.2 with Aastra phones.
Would be a cause of static for inbound/outbound and ext to ext calls?
Its voip both in and out.
We swapped, phones, cordes, switches etc?..
Typically a reboot of the phone resolves the problem?person also swears
there is nothing on or near their desk to cause interference (microwave,
cell phone is purse).
Strange??
Thanks

newbie graphics question: Two density plots in same frame ?
I swear I've scoured the help files and several texts before posting
what feels like a dumb newbie question.
How can I draw two kernel density plots in the same frame ? I have
similar variables in two separate data frames, and I would like to show
their two histograms/densities in a single picture. Same units, scale,
range for both, so I'm simply trying to draw one and then add the

dotlock timestamp trouble
Hi there,
I'm getting a lot of this message in production log:
Created dotlock file's timestamp is different than current time (1232468644
vs 1232468524): /path/to/dovecot.index.log
The IT guy swears the clocks are sincronized.
Whe even have made a test in the machine running dovecot, inside the user's
mailbox:

Mon Jan 19 17:40:55 UTC 2009
The timestamps seems to match.

AcroRead failing miserably in CentOS 5.0
I could swear that this was working just last week, but now when I run
the Adobe Acrobat reader, it hangs. If I run it "directly"
(/usr/bin/acroread) with -DEBUG as the first argument, I get an
infinite loop of:
expr: syntax error
I tried removing and reinstalling it, but no change.
Any ideas?

Voice mail - "Extension at" vs "Phone Number" OGM
Is there a way to make an outside call hear "The person at phone number
XXXX is unavail", but when an internal extension calls another
extension, they hear "The person at extension number XXXX is unavail"?
I swear I've read this somewhere before but I'm not typing in the right
search. I probably found it before by complete accident.

problems with integrate ... arguments
Hi everyone,
I saw this problem dealt with here:
http://markmail.org/search/list:r-project?q=integrate#query:list%3Ar-project%20integrate+page:1+mid:qczmyzr676pgmaaw+state:results
but no one answered that request that I can tell. I'm having the same
problem. I'm having problems passing arguments to functions that I'd
like to integrate. I could swear this worked in the past, but I

Processing incoming calls with multiple contextst over PRI
So I have a problem. A customer of mine wants a PBX, owns an office
building. I want to sell him on asterisk. He has 4 tenants. I am using
my asterisk box to simulate it. My asterisk box has a TDM400P card, not
a PRI card. Don't know if it makes any difference.
Anyway, I want to route incoming phone calls to different contexts based
on the phone number being called.
Here is my

Setting up PDC w/ LDAP
I've almost got it. I swear I've almost got it (and I've been doing a
lot of swearing lately).
I re-built my PDC, starting from scratch. I'm not using the editposix
extensions anymore - I'm using the smbldap tools as shown (I think) in
the Samba by Example.
I really really thought I did everything right. Obviously I was wrong.

Missing Policies folder after failure; how to recreate
Dear Samba List!
Long story short and please just don't ask; if it were up to me this
would have not happened:
I need to recreate the default GPO-s (as in the
\SysVol\domain.of\Policies\ folder and subfolders) of my domain.
Trying to delete the old GPO-s I run into errors, both in the windows
mmc and on the dc with runing samba-tools as root.
