Cascading Queues
...e agents in multiple queues to work the way I'm
thinking above? So if the caller reaches Queue 2 the agents from Queue
1 will be available if they get off a call, plus new agents are added
into Queue 2.
So I'm thinking something like:
exten => s,1,Queue(support1)
exten => s,2,Queue(support2)
exten => s,3,Dial(SIP/${RECEPTIONIST})
Then the receptionist would just dial a special extension which would
add priority=10 to the queue.

We have 4 example groups, we various users in those groups:

Enquiries

Shared Mailboxes:

So basically, we want 2 public folder shares, with the names:

Question follows the description?
I have a domain something like "DC=example,DC=lan"
I can create a group named ?example? within group OU ?OU=Groups? using:
samba-tool group add example ?groupou=?OU=Groups"
I can?t query the group using:
wbinfo ?group-info example
failed to call wbcGetgrnam: WBC_ERR_DOMAIN_NOT_FOUND
Could not get info for group example

Sysvol replication with Unison for more than 2 server.

Just to check...
Would it be possible to have more than 2 DC using Unison to sync?
I was trying to make this to the samba wiki.
But when reading the list I see Rowland talking about the SID and RID issue
Because of built-in group SID is not sync across domain.
Which I think samba should have their own way of dealing this or it will
just be a mess in a long run.
