epel-5.2 trying to upgrade to 5.3
...86_64), and everything was fine. After
installing the "epel-release-5-2.noarch.rpm", and issuing "yum
check-update", I can see that "epel" is trying to upgrade to version 5.3.
First I didn't notice the problem, and after upgrading, I got the
message "error sumary" when updating the system.
It seems that the x86 (32bit) version is working fine.
Does anybody else having similar problem?
Thanks

problem in loop
...amily=binomial, corstr="exch", scale.fix=TRUE)
.............
corr_gee<-summary(fit)$correlation[1]
se_corrgee<-summary(fit)$correlation[2]
est[i,]<-c(corr_gee, se_corrgee)
}
But, I got an error message : number of subsript in matrix does not match.
Can somebody help me? I think sumary(fit)$correlation[1] print out the name of estimates.
I guess it might cause problem to be updated in matrix.
I want to know other way to print out the estimates of correlation if it helps.
Thanks,
Becky

Package and log in puppet
...mmands in same host?
*Did not find the answer here:
http://reductivelabs.com/trac/puppet/wiki/TypeReference#package
2.-) CFE logs are crazy... I need syslog or nagios and parse them
myself...
I''ve seen:
http://www.devco.net/pubwiki/Puppet/PuppetView and looks very nice, but
has puppet a sumary of what has done in the client with a simple "OK"
or "KO"?
(Obviously I won''t say ok or ko, but maybe it could say if all steps
when fine or not..)
So, could someone answer these questions? I''m really interested in
using this software!
TIA,
Arnau

Bursty writes - why?
I have a 24 x 1TB system being used as an NFS file server. Seagate SAS disks connected via an LSI 9211-8i SAS controller, disk layout 2 x 11 disk RAIDZ2 + 2 spares. I am using 2 x DDR Drive X1s as the ZIL. When we write anything to it, the writes are always very bursty like this:
ool 488K 20.0T 0 0 0 0
xpool 488K 20.0T 0 0 0 0
