RE : Successfuly Building Samba 2.2.X under HP-UX 11i with gcc
Hello, just for my information, what happens if you append "-D_HPUX_SOURCE" ? Some (long) time ago (HP-UX 10.x), it would help compiling foreign software on HP-UX. But I had only at hand the HP compiler. Regards, J?r?me -------- Message d'origine-------- De: Hughes, Martin [mailto:Martin.Hughes@uk.thalesgroup.com] Date: jeu. 9/18/2003 13:05 ?:

6.02 won't boot XP. 6.01 works slowly, but successfuly.
Due to a strange reason, my patch broke chainloading on 6.02. Working hard on it to find the root of the problem. I'm currently working on the MultiFS support, and hopefully the booting process will be faster for XP as an example. -- Raphael S. Carvalho

Softphone for Linux desktops
Hi all, We are successfuly running an Asterisk server with standard SIP hard phones and it is working well. We are looking to deploy some soft phones on our Linux desktops. There seems to be several floating about. Anyone out there with some good/bad experiences with particular Linux softphones. We only need g711 and prefer IAX but a SIP one will do.... Thanks....

How to get the c/s 15011(unstable)
Folks, I download the Neocleus 1:1 patch from following link: http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2007-05/msg01144.html Currently I want to add Neocleus 1:1 Patch to the xen-3.1.0 to make the HVM guest grab the device directly. When I add these patches and recompile and install the Xen source and try to start the HVM guest, the HVM guest can not start and the system hang.

Prints ok, but says "Access denied, unable to connect". win2k and samba 2.2.1a

There is a networked laserjet 5000 using a static IP which I can print to successfuly from the linux box, and from the win2k workstations via the queue on the linux box. The weird thing is that, on the win2k worksations, if I double click on the printer icon the status of the printer is reported as "Access

Extracting lists in the dataframe $ format
I'm new to R and am trying to extract the factors of a dataframe using numeric indices (e.g. df[1]) that are input to a function definition instead of the other types of references (e.g. df$out). df[1] is a list(?) whose class is "dataframe". These indexed lists can be printed successfuly but are not agreeable to the plot() and lm() functions shown below as are their df$out

acts_as_versioned and acts_as_taggable on same model?
I am trying to use acts_as_versioned and acts_as_taggable (plugin) on the exact same model. Has anyone successfuly done this? I think what I need to do is make model_versions acts_as_taggable instead of my main model. Anyone have any other suggestions or any suggestions how to do this? It seems that asterisk cant handle this. Any ideas?
