PROPOSAL: Sub-Tagging
...ases _the_users_, that is, everybody:
1. Make it simple.
2. Make it (optionally!) detailed.
Based on this i propose the following tagging and sub-tagging system, which
is easy, simple, flexible, detailed for those who want it.
Tags are for simple comments, and has the form:
TITLE=Title
Subtags are for detailed comments, and has the form:
ARTIST=COMPOSER=Xz
ARTIST=PERFORMER=Yz

appropriate dictionary.
WRE defines the "Language" field for documentation language, but from
the current description it seems restricted to 2 or 3 letter ISO-639
codes such as "en" or "eng". WRE also mentions rfc-5646, which refers
to ISO 3166-1 for region/country subtags but it is unclear if these
are allowed in the field?
Spell checking libraries (e.g. myspell/hunspell) typically use
locale-like language names to identify the appropriate dictionary such
as "en_GB" or "de_AT", see for example [1,2]. Merely specifying "en"

Including iTunes data into ruby output of RSS2.0...?
...on ''Description here''
xml.link(@base_url + url_for(:controller => ''/programs''))
xml.language ''en-us''
... However, the iTunes XML tags aren''t a single word (e.g.,
"description"). Instead, they''re tags with subtags, like the output
here:
<itunes:image
href="http://example.com/podcasts/everything/AllAboutEverything.jpg" />
<itunes:author>author</itunes:author>
How could I generate this within the Ruby code? My attempts so far have
failed... :-!
Thanks!

Memory Leak
So, I''ve stumbled across bleak_house (http://blog.evanweaver.com/files/doc/fauna/bleak_house/files/README.html) - this looks like it may help me track down what is causing the Memory leak I''m seeing (be it me, Ubuntu, Debian, or Puppet).
First step: I''m going to clone the repo, branch
Second step: Learn Ruby - shouldn''t be too hard.
Third step: Do exactly what

RDF Metadata Specification
I've put together the first attempt to defining an RDF metadata
vocabulary for use with the CD Index/MusicBrainz/OggVorbis. If you care
about metadata issues, please take a look at:
http://www.cdindex.org/MM
I've included a section for video specific stuff, but everything that I
originally had in there is being covered by the MM:Contributors section.
The Contributors stuff will allow
