...read that "guest ok" is the way to get the "print command" done using permissions of the guest account defined in smb.conf but this also doesn't work in my setup. :/ Hints, anyone? ...t them to. * Anyhow, whenever I try to write to that share as the user that (obviously) owns all the files on it, I just get a "permission denied". This is strange. Can anyone point me a way out? ...AME+USERNAME,... but is unable to locate the right user account. What is wrong here? I am having a second machine set up the same way and there it works without trouble... Any ideas, anyone?
