SCCP port numbers used for audio stram?
I have a 7921 wireless phone working with Asterisk, and I want to tighten the wide open port range of my IPTABLES now. I tried allowing only SCCP port (2000) in/out and found that my audio was gone. A quick look at my iptables message shows source port 15886 and dest port 25968 used: FORWARD - Drop: IN=eth1 OUT=eth2 SRC=172.31.253.4 DST=172.31.254.102 LEN=200 TOS=0x18 PREC=0xA0 TTL=63 ID=0

[LLVMdev] Word Addressing
Hi all, All of the data types are 32 bits and the pointer is 32 bit. Therefore, I need word adressing instead of byte adressing to use 8 GB memory. I was told that R600 uses word adressing and I looked at its codes but I could not find where the backends handles word adressing. Do you have any ideas about it? Thanks in advance. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was

R and Fortran in Windows
...e between R and the Compaq Visual Fortran compiler version 6.6 for Windows. I found the following instructions on the web -- and an example. When I follow these directions exactly. R 2.0.0 crashes. Has anyone had any experience with this? Multi-stream vorbis...
...een testing my multi-stream mux directshow filter. And have created some files with 2 tracks of vorbis... varying from 2 mp3s transcoding to vorbis interleaved to one mp3 transcode to vorbis in one stream, and live muxed spoken audio encoded to vorbis in the other. Simliarly some with vorbis in one stram and speex encoded voice-overs in the other. My directshow filters can play these files just fine, but that's no assurance that they are correctly muxed. But my problem is i can't find any other media player on windows that can handle these streams. I've tried VLC 0.72 - Only plays th...

Re: virsh vol-download uses a lot of memory
...ill expecting to make > other RPC calls in a timely manner, then their code is broken. This is virsh that we are talking about. It's not some random application. And I am able to limit virsh mem usage to "just" 100MiB with one well placed usleep() - to slow down putting incoming stram packets onto the queue: diff --git i/src/rpc/virnetclientstream.c w/src/rpc/virnetclientstream.c index f904eaba31..cfb3f225f2 100644 --- i/src/rpc/virnetclientstream.c +++ w/src/rpc/virnetclientstream.c @@ -358,6 +358,7 @@ int virNetClientStreamQueuePacket(virNetClientStreamPtr st, virNetC...

Sources can't connect to my server
Hey, The IPs from SL are from the DJ boards and the like that retrieve the stream information. They don't listen to the stream just pull the stram info. We support shoutcast connections, the firewall passes the port number + the next highest one. Therefor we open port 9000 for listeners, and 9001 for stream sources. This seams to work well for the shoutcast mount. This is all documented in the online documentation on icecast shout mount...

Input buffer requirement.
Hi all, I am in the thinking phase of Vorbis 'file' to 'buffer' conversion. ie, accessing the stream data from the static buffer, rather than accessing the file from the decoder( the way it is implemented in the vorbis decoder). I am putting my understanding and the respective query below, As the general convention , there are two methods by which i can do this. 1) Assume what

Quicktime Vs Windows encoding with VP3
I found out about vp3 from the new winamp and coincidentally i also happen to be trying to find a suitable solution to broadband streaming. I have used flaskmpeg to create a 17mb .avi file from an 82mb Mpeg 1 file and it looks great it took about twenty minutes to encode. It runs for eight minutes and the audio is also fantastic using the lame encoder. However when I try to do the same in

Sources can't connect to my server
I have IceCast 2.3.1 running on Window XP SP3 as a windows service. My computer is behind a d-link router, and the router is configured to pass through to port 8000 on my computer. On the same computer I am running WinAmp with an oddcast dsp and streaming work fine, people beyond my router can listen no problem. I also have a laptop running Windows Vista SP2 with WinAmp and a Spacial dsp,
