Error for making packages under windows XP-Error in library.dynam(lib, package, package.lib)
Hi,
I have installed the necessary tools for making a R package under windows
and am sure these tool have been correctly configured. I am very new to try
writing a package, so the error may be very obvious for you. Forgive me if
it is too easy.
My package name is *stam*, and i put it under the folder
"D:/StatSoft/R/MyPackage/". I have two folders,*R* and *man*. Besides, i
also have *description* and *namespace** *files. It is a very simple beta
package.
Following is the error after using "R CMD check mypackage". Thanks very
much.

bundle build and Rd2Sd converion fail (PR#519)

I tried the command below in R-1.0.0 and development version R-1.1 both under
UNIX and LINUX and get the following error:

It would also be nice just to be able to type R CMD Rd2Sd ;-)

Rename folder bug dovecot-1.0RC6 ?

Result: Error about mailbox "atest-extra" does not exist
If you refresh the folder list you see a new folder
called "atest-extra-extra" (read all about it).
Anyone else see this or is just me ?

dovecot 1.0 to 1.1 upgrade and filesystem separators

so I can get some mail folder hierarchy and '.'s in
folder names - this all worked perfectly.
Under 1.1.4 the MAILDIR_FS_SEP lines are no longer present.
What is the current practice for doing what I was doing before ?

R-beta: Memory Management in R-0.50-a4

Clearly I can keep upping these values until it works, but has
the side-effect of making the running R binary pretty big.
What can I do? Is the answer a better memory management
system ?

Problems after having crosscompiled for XScale
...executing
it from /usr/bin where ssh resides (by ./ssh) will show this error. All
binaries are in the PATH. Even gdbserver immediately on starting shows
this error message. Yet the binaries are there, and are not empty
(hexdump -C shows an ELF header).
I hope you can help me.

install.packages and dependency version checking

restrictions. I am not sure this is worth doing, as an alternative is to
put the imported package in Depends.
The version dependence will in a future release cause an update of XML
when rtracklayer is installed, if needed (and available).
(B) Things like (package stam)
Depends: R (>= 2.7.0), GO.db (>= 2.1.3), Biobase (>= 1.99.5), pamr (>=
1.37.0), cluster (>= 1.11.10), annaffy (>= 1.11.5), methods (>=
2.7.0), utils (>= 2.7.0)
are redundant: the versions of method and utils are always the same as
that of R.
