[LLVMdev] Separating loop nests based on profile information?
...euristics to solve. Right now we perform some availability based removal that happens be willing to do an insertion here or there to try to move a load in some cases (it will only do a single insertion). It's not also based on real availability, but on finding nearest dependencies of loads and squinting at them (which is not even really the same as finding where a load stops being available) funny. It's also not real PRE, just some code that is willing to insert one load to move a load. If you want this case to work, what you need is a real Load PRE implementation, not one based on simple...

Shading underneath a line plot.
...where there are two sets of data use polygons. mydata <- c(268,251,254,250,244,246,247,243,241,243) plot(mydata, type="o") polygon(c(ppp$total, length(ppp$total)), col="red") This gives me almost what I want but the line from the x-axis up to the first point on the line is squint. Could anyone suggest how to create my polygon so that it correctly shades underneath the line? [LLVMdev] Removing SimpleRewriter (formerly SimpleSpiller)
R.I.P. SimpleRewriter. If anyone needs it resurrected let me know. This leaves LocalRewriter (the default) and the new TrivialRewriter, which is for use only with the new in-place spilling framework. This framework appears (if you squint just right) to be basically functional now, but it produces awful code. If you want to play with it you can invoke it with the magical combination of "-join-liveintervals=false -new-spill-framework -rewriter=trivial". - Lang. The text on the large buttons on the install screens is still super small and hard to read, but if you squint and tilt your head you can make out what it says. :) So far haven't found any problems with game play. I'm using Ubuntu Dapper (amd64) and wine 0.9.21, nvidia card with nv drivers and adding the -opengl tag at game start.

FreeBSD and Samba Windbind questions
Hello, I am getting ready to migrate from a Novell Server and wanted to use Samba as a PDC. I am planning on using FreeBSD, Samba 3 and LDAP. The problem I encounter is that one of our business applications is only supported on Novell or Windows. What I was hoping to do was configure a Samba PDC and have a W2K server that houses that application join the Samba Domain. Then when I access the

OT: iBook or MacBook Pro?
Well, the worm has turned and I think I may actually get an Apple ;P. But I can''t decide which one. Pros and cons: 14" iBook: + modem (for when broadband kicks out, or on the road and there''s no WIFI) + screen is probably big enough (though I currently have a 15" Dell) + doesn''t get as hot as the MacBook + almost half the cost + less likely to get stolen -
