Understand the UID value in mailbox debug
Hi list
we have a client who complains that mails from a certain sender are
always put into his spamfolder. Our strong guess is that this is an
issue with the webmail (Roundcube), but I need some help in
understanding the output from dovecot's mailbox-debug.
In order to narrow down the source of the problem we activated the
mailbox-debug from Dovecot. Now we can see that the mail is moved

imapsieve suddenly not working anymore
Hello one and all.
Dovecot version 2.3.7.1
I've configured imapsieve like

worked
for years now. Suddenly i noticed moving mails to the spamfolder does
not trigger the report-spam.sieve
script anymore.
sieve-test gives:
~/.maildir/.Spam/cur $ sieve-test
/usr/share/dovecot/sieve/report-spam.sieve

dovecot-dspam-plugin not launching dspam
hello,
i added the dovecot-dspam-plugin [1] to my dovecot-installation. when
trying to move a mail out of or into the predefined spamfolder with
thunderbird a messagebox shows : "dspam failed" and the message remains
in its original position. i am using virtual mail users contained in a
postgresql-database [2]. normal imap access and dspam training from the
commandline works fine.

Replacement for antispam plugin
Greetings to the list :)
I've been meaning to ask a couple of questions about the imapsieve for
antispam.
Firstly, I guess that the example at the bottom of the page
"https://wiki2.dovecot.org/Pigeonhole/Sieve/Plugins/IMAPSieve" is meant
to link to the new example at
"https://wiki2.dovecot.org/HowTo/AntispamWithSieve" now?
Also... in "imapsieve_mailboxX_name

How about a "pipe" plugin?
Hi,
I have written a plugin so that each time a message is added to a
specific box, a program is run and the message is piped into it. Note
that the message is also really added to the box.
I've been using it for nearly 3 month, for spam/ham learning, and have
not had any problem with it. I guess it could also be used to
implement an out box (I remember seeing someone asking for such
