Problems w/Asterisk Realtime + MySQL + SIP
...onf:
sipusers => mysql,asterisk_config
sippeers => mysql,asterisk_config
I have also tried explicitly adding ',sip_users' and ',sip_peers' to
these lines, but asterisk behaved similarly.

dbhost = 127.0.0.1
dbname = asterisk_config
dbuser = asterisk
dbpass =<snip>
;dbport = 3306
dbsock = /tmp/mysql.sock
MySQL tables follow. They are static right now for debugging
purposes, actually we will use views. We will use md5 passwords, but
I have both in there right now for testing.

However, for some reason, Samba doesn't seem to recognize those

snip.rpart with R 1.6.0
Hello!
I've a question to the rpart package. With the snip.rpart function, you can
snip off subtrees. In R 1.5.1 this function works without problems. But in
the new version of R (1.6.0) it isn't possible to snip off the subtrees wi
th this function. Does someone have a solution for this problem?

488 Not Acceptable Here
Hi,
I'm having real difficulty in getting calls to go through with
Asterisk. I've managed to check that my SIP connection is made to my
provider. Below is an email I received from them:
----------------snip--------------------------------snip--------------------------------snip----------------
I am not certain of the reason for rejection but it has to do with the
SDP, it does not seem to be a codec issue, the response is as you have
seen:

Minor "bug" in source()

Of course, it does not make sense to change working directory, but
quietly ignoring 'chdir' is better, I think.
This is due to a simple coding mistake in source() [sorry, 56k modem
=> no R source => no diff]:

Form the vorbis.com homepage:
"Ogg Vorbis does not compromise quality for freedom. Its stunning
quality is coupled with aggressive features like fast bitrate scaling,
surround channels, and fast sample-granularity seek and decode."
This makes me wonder...
-- What is "fast bitrate scaling"?
-- I've never seen anything in the source supporting surround channels.
