Hi all, I am new. I am installing the library sjPlot on Ubunto 16.10 and I guess it is installing some dependencies. But it is taking more than 1.5 hours, is it possible? It has right now halted (hope momentarily) in installing the package 'rstan', particularly the file lang__grammars__statement_grammar_inst.o Other packages installed include: dygraphs, colourpicker, raster. Is it good

That is very strange. I am using Ubuntu 16.04 and managed to install it in less than 5 minutes. Dear all, I have had some rather serious difficulties getting graphics and analysis packages to load in R on my new Ubuntu Install. The trouble seems to begin when attempting to install TMB. I have done a full purge of r-base r-base-dev and r-base-core and reinstalled the newest version of RStudio (not that this should matter). I'm not sure what to try next. many thanks! Brandon Z >

Earlier, I made random intercept random slope model for boldness scores which is a continuous response variable, and was able to visualize the plots using the sjPlot package. Hi, I do not want to make a plot, I try to make an output table in R, (in GUI like Stata this is trivially easy task) with regard to SO OP question. As I mentioned, in paper I would not do this, but out of curiosity I use R this time trying to create it. If in R this is trivial task as well, could you please show how to do it ?
