That is very strange. I am using Ubuntu 16.04 and managed to install it in less than 5 minutes. ...u Install. The trouble seems to begin when attempting to install TMB. I have done a full purge of r-base r-base-dev and r-base-core and reinstalled the newest version of RStudio (not that this should matter). I'm not sure what to try next. many thanks! ...ter ordinal regression using the clmmfunction from the ordinal package in R. I have aggression levels which are categorical with six levels. Earlier, I made random intercept random slope model for boldness scores which is a continuous response variable, and was able to visualize the plots using the sjPlot package.
