Queue Ring inuse is shared ?
...log table I am getting RINGNOANSWER events each second for the extension until the call gets answered. Is this a normal behaviour ? Can we prevent it? Can we set "not to ring" any queue member if he is answering a call either in the same queue or a different queue? Pls guide me. Prevent Agent Login from a second extension
...om another extn. The problem with existing scenario is that, I am not getting CDR record for the automatic log out event. I need this for evaluation purposes. I am using asterisk 1.2.30. Queue Limit Callers
...Sales calls should hit. The idea is that all agents should be able to answer calls in both queues in rotation. Otherwise its possible to add some agents to booking queue and other agents to sales queue. But thats not what is required. Kindly help if there is some idea to implement this. Multiple Agent Login
Hi friends, Do we have any way to prevent more than one Agent being logged in from the same extension? Also is there a way to limit an agent from logging in from more than one extension? Remote UNIX Connection Hanging Asterisk
...ts extensions. I am using AgentCallBackLogin and there are free agents available. But call never hits the agents. Once it happens, a "service asterisk restart" solves the problem. CDR Unanswered calls
Dear friends, ? I am not able to capture the CDR records for unanswered calls. Only one record per call is coming in the CDR table. In the cdr.conf, I have enabled it by setting : unanswered = yes ?

CDR unanswered setting

But I tried in 1.8 and 11, but I am getting only one record in the CDR table even after setting the value as unanswered = yes Is there anything more I have to do, to make it working? Kindly help me. No voice from the callee
...e server, I am using an IAX trunk with another server having a E1 card, and making outgoing call. That's working fine. (But here the problem is DTMF is not passed in any call I make) Could anybody please help me, what could be the problem with the analog card method.
