All of their incoming calls will be first picked up by the receiptionist, can I disply the company name instead of the called number on my receptionist's telephone display, so that she can answer the call with the right identity at once... Hi there, I just installed the GUI for Asterisk 1.4.4 and correctly set my settings but when I use my browser to access it, it gives me an error saying "Not Found. Nothing to see here, move along" with "asterisk" in the header and footer... anyone had this problemn before? greetz

List, We're working on an upcoming job that may require us to access a web service (WS). I'm curious to hear peoples thoughts on the best way to do this with asterisk. We'll be submitting a single number to the WS and it will return a success or error. One solution would be to write a simple perl script to interface into to the WS, and use SYSTEM() from asterisk to call it.

Hi, I've got a HP 380 G2 which is running RHEL AS 3 Taroon update 1. The current smp kernel 2.4.21-9smp is booting with a HPinitrd image. Mostlikely generated with the HP proliant Service Pack for RHEL 3. Now if I migrate this system to CentOS 3 and a new kernel will be installed ,will that work ? Does the new centOS kernel use the same config as the current RHEL kernel ? Anyone done this
