weird XFS problem
Hello all,
I have a CentOS 5.7 machine hosting a 16 TB XFS partition used to house
backups. The backups are run via rsync/rsnapshot and are large in terms of
the number of files: over 10 million each.
Now the machine is not particularly powerful: it is 64-bit machine, dual
core CPU, 3 GB RAM. So perhaps this is a factor in why I am having the
following problem: once in awhile that XFS partition

When I try to execute the program under Wine, I get the following error:

I see that the drive is doing something, but the program did nothing.

external esata RAID box, how to spin down drives when idle?
...39;t seem to have any
effect on these drives.
Wondering if anyone can suggest other ways to approach this?
Normally it is idle for about 23H, 57M per day, as it only runs a short
backup session at 00:30, using rsnapshot which doesn't take very long
at all.

"isolinux.bin missing or corrupt" when booting USB flash drive in old PC
syslinux at zytor.com:
I have two older computers with Intel D865GBFLK motherboards (~2003)
and Pentium 4 HT CPU's. They both have the latest available BIOS
installed. I would like to put Debian on them.
I have downloaded:
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/i386/iso-cd/debian-8.7.1-i386-xfce-CD-1.iso
When I put debian-8.7.1-i386-xfce-CD-1.iso on a CD-R, it boots correctly.

(no subject)
OK, so after several weeks of trying to get various versions of Xen running of various distributions, I''m starting to wonder if I''ve got a hardware compatibility problem and as the system never really boots with the Xen kernel I''ve got no log files to tell me where the problem is. I was wondering if there''s a way to compile from source with debug turned on,
