On a Win98 machine I can see the SCO machine in the Network
Neighborhood. When I try to connect it asks for a passwd and says that
the passwd is incorrect when I enter it. It also displays
"Resource:\\Sco_sv\IPC$" on the box that asks for a passwd.
On the SCO side:
When I do a "testparm -s smb.conf | head -6" all looks OK except I get
"No path in service system - using /tmp"
Also when I try to run :"smbclient -L sco_sv -N" I get:

Subject: Unexpected Tag Errors
Hi everyone.
I'm running an rsync (2.5.6-cvs) between 2 SCO Unix boxes (SCO_SV 3.2 5.0.5
i386), and keep getting aparently random "unexpected tag" errors. If I
re-run rsync when this error occurs everything will usually go OK (even if
it takes 2 or 3 runs on the same data...)
Could somebody please explain what a "tag" is (looking through the code it's...

impedence mismatch between openssh 3.4p1 and openssl 0.9.6d on SCO OpenServer 3.2 5.0.6
Hi, I have been trying to build openssh 3.4p1 on SCO Open Server xxx
It requires the libcrypto.a library produced by OpenSSL.
So, I downloaded and installed OpenSSL 0.9.6d.
As part of the configure process for OpenSSH, 'configure' checks for
version of libcrypto.a with RAND_add().
RAND_add is defined in rand_lib.c and during the build of OpenSSH, I
can see that rand_lib.c is compiled

unexpected tag errors
Hi All.
I've had this problem with rsync, the solution to which has been
really evasive to me. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm running rsync 2.5.5 between 2 SCO boxes and get random "unexpected tag"
errors. Sometimes the unexpected tag is positive, other times negetive,
and a retry of rsync usually manages to work the second or third time round.
The disks are identical in
