[PATCH] Btrfs: fix a deadlock on chunk mutex
...btrfs.
Current updating device tree requires space from METADATA chunk,
so we -may- need to do a recursive chunk allocation when adding/updating
dev extent, that is where the deadlock comes from.
If we use SYSTEM metadata to update device tree, we can avoid the recursive
stuff.

Hosmer-Lemeshow 'goodness of fit'
...585
le Cessie and Houwelingen test (Design library): p=0.2843620
The above link indicated they should be approximately equal which in my case
they are not, any suggestions or is there a package function people would
recommend in R for use with a logistic regression model?
Thanks in advance,

Turning ppp into im in spatstat
...does not contain model window
I checked the my_first.im$xrange and my_first.im$yrange and found it to
be congruent with the bbox of the ppp.
It would be very nice if someone could give me hint on why this error
occurs and whether or not there is a possible workaround.
Thanks in advance,

fisher exact for > 2x2 table
I'm using fisher.exact on a 4x2 table and it seems to work.
Does anyone know exactly what is going on? I thought fisher.exact is only
for 2x2 tables.
Note: I can't use chi-squared because I have a couple of cells with 0 and <
5 observations.

Quadratcount problem in spatstat
Hi,
I know there are older threads discussing the quadratcount function in
spatstat. Unfortunately, I could not find a solution to my problem there.
I'm analyzing a point pattern in an irregular polygonal window. Both the
window (an entire country) and the points are projected using WGS84.
When I do quadratcount with only one quadrat for the entire country it
holds all my 154 points:

recommendation on B for validate.lrm () ?
I have a logistic regression model I'm trying to do k-fold cross validation
on.
The number of observations is approximately 550 and an event rate of about
30%
Does anyone have a recommendation for a B value to use for this data set?
