package "signal", function "filter" (PR#12752)
Full_Name: Jeff Schenck
Version: 2.6.2 (signal v. 0.5)
OS: Windows XP
Submission from: (NULL) (128.107.248.220)
The "filter" function in the package "signal" does not properly handle recursive
filters with only two feedback taps. I looked at the source code in filter.R.
There is a line that says &q...

maintenance of kvm and qemu in extras
...this is of interest to others, Qemu 0.9.1 does provide a lot more
features lacking in 0.9.0 that I would like to use, including virtio and
e1000 NIC models, which provide better performance, as well as netbooting
virtuals.
I'm curious to hear everyones thoughts on this.
Best Regards,
Michael Schenck

kmod-kvm-2.6.18-92.1.18.el5-72-1.x86_64.rpm outdated, need on for 2.6.18-92.1.22.el5
CentOS Virt,
I'm looking for an RPM for the kmod-kvm processor specific modules
(kvm-intel or kvm-amd). I've been using L. Farkas's repository, but after
the recent kernel updates, I'm out of luck.
Best Regards,
Michael Schenck

stability issues with KVM 82
...39;m sure you've guessed. I seem to be
having stability issues.
The parent distro is CentOS 5.2 patched all the way to current, as well as
centos 5.2 for the KVM virtuals.
I have been having random crashes such that the virtual is non-responsive.
Has anyone else been seeing this?

Problems with qemu-kvm and etherboot-roms-kvm
...eady reported this to the fedora community, and I'm told a
solution has been put in place. I have yet to see the update show up in my
yum updates, but I'm confident one will be put in place as a lot of the
et.redhat.com projects use kvm.
In the mean time, any ideas?

Michael Schenck

Is there in CentOS 5 Compiz?
Hi all,
I have one maybe stupid question - is there in CentOS 5 packages of Compiz
Fusion? I am deciding between Fedora and CentOS to install it to my netbook
and this is one of most important features that I want.
Thank for replies

MGCP IADs
Hi,
For MGCP users. Is there any success stories with any MGCP IAD vendor.
I?m trying to find an IAD which works with Asterisk. I?ve tried the
Cisco IAD 2430 without success; but SIP on this IAD works but it?s
limited (no authentication, no notify messages, etc) and with higher
density IAD (16 or more ports) it?s nice to control using MGCP.
Any information will be apreciated !
Thanks.
